
The activities of the business practice particularly consist of drawing up articles of incorporation for the benefit of private companies with limited liabilily or companies limited by shares, the drafting of contractual arrangements with respect to other types of enterprise, casting restructurings, mergers and joint ventures in a judicial mould and drawing up of shareholders’ agreements and agreements with respect to groups of companies. In particular with regard to the non-profit sector establishing of foundations and associations forms part of the activities.
